wedding songs r&b

These passionate R&B wedding songs have fitting lyrics and sultry melodies that will suit every component of your wedding from walking down the aisle through to the last dance. Originally written and performed by Stevie Wonder, this song was immortalized as an R&B wedding song when Michael sang it at Thelma’s wedding on the TV sitcom Good Times. Get the party going with classic songs and the top R&B music to keep everybody on the dance floor during the wedding reception. A mid-90’s smash hit wedding song by female R&B group Pure Soul. Everyone knows "All my Life," but the Hailey brothers from Jodeci have another wedding anthem that you should consider if you’re choosing R&B wedding songs. The song "You Are" by "Uncle Charlie" of The Gap Band has the wedding-themed video to go with it, but "Once and Forever" would also make a nice R&B Wedding song. Many […]

how to grow moss

Popular in Japanese gardens and with moss gardeners in the United States, it is very rugged (it can take moderate foot traffic) and grows in poor, dry soil in sun or light shade. Mosses are able to regenerate themselves from very small pieces, so to cover larger areas you can chop up some moss in a blender and paint it or drizzle it over rocks or soil. Callicladium moss is a rich, pale-green moss that can form dense carpets over low rocks, logs, or bare soil in shade. Use a kitchen blender filled with about 1 1/2 cups of water; add 2 cups of broom moss to it along with 1/2 cup of stout or ale and 1 teaspoon of sodium polyacrylate powder. Feather moss, widespread and lovely, is vibrant green and has stems that look like little fern fronds. Popular with moss gardeners, it transplants easily and prefers shady, bare soil. Fern-leaf […]

game like minecraft

That means watching YouTube videos of experts at play, of course, but it also means poring over how-to texts at Minecraft wikis and “walk-through” sites, written by gamers for gamers. Steinkuehler found that videogame sites devoted to World of Warcraft, for example, are written at nearly 12th-grade level, with a 2 to 6 percent incidence of “academic” jargon. What about fiction? Oh, games have you covered there too: Behold the teeming seas of Minecraft fan stories at sites like FanFiction.net or Wattpad. When Steinkuehler informally observes kids contributing to game sites and discussions online, she sees serious craft. FortressCraft was built by ProjectorGames, and has many of the same elements that Minecraft does: you can build anything, harvest resources from a huge, open world, set up a home for yourself, deck it out in items that you’ve created or objects you’ve encountered, and of course, battle enemies bent on taking […]

games like diablo

The Diablo series has always held a special place on my gaming shelf with the first game being one of the games that started my passion for gaming many (and I mean many) years ago. I always found it ironic that the Titan Quest expansion fixed the game just like how the Diablo 2 expansion addressed lots of issues with the original release. The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot is one of the more interesting and unique games like Diablo that you’ll find on this list and one that I have been getting lots of gameplay hours out of since I started playing it back in the beta. Many games have fallen short and failed to deliver the promise of a Diablo like game but there are a few stand out options that have come close to offering a similar experience which I have collected on this page. Path of […]

what is sarah palin doing now

You’re using a web browser that isn’t supported by Facebook. One participant in a conservative conference last year praised slavery for providing "food and shelter." And the flag of the rebels who waged war to keep their "peculiar institution" showed up at a Tea Party rally over the shutdown. "For years, I couldn’t tell Sarah Palin and Tina Fey apart," conservative writer Michael Potemra wrote in a joke that sums up how even many on the right feel about the Tea Party hero. And it’s the feeling that white Christians are the real victims, articulated so well by Palin, that is driving those who don’t identify with that paranoia out of the Republican Party. Her new book Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of Christmas speaks to the "culture rot" that white evangelicals fear that’s exacerbated by the "unmitigated evil" of "big government, regulations, and dependency" that riles […]
