Spray the back of the photo paper with spray adhesive and attach it to the top of the bottle cap.
This is a great craft project for an older child to create on their own or with a little little help from a cool and crafty adult.
Put one shallow layer of resin into the empty cap and let it begin to harden then put the background & other items into the cap on top of this first layer or resin.
You are going to put one through the hole in the cap and tighten it and then put another one through that (this is because the first one won’t move once the resin is in place).
I chose to use Loctite 2-part Epoxy Resin (I found it at Lowe’s) it worked pretty well, I might try to find one with a longer hardening time next time, because this was TOO fast.
Cut out a small circle that fits in the cap and you can go through magazines and any other type of paper or fabric and use it to cut circles of patterns you want to lay in as the background.

First I picked through our box of bottle caps to find plain or non-alcohol related caps, since these are going to 6-7 year old girls.
Sounds easy enough, right? Well, I discovered very quickly that the nice looking ones that you see for sale everywhere are actually using unused bottle caps.
Once the glue has dried, you can place a clear epoxy sticker over the image in the bottle cap.
I know there are tons of tutorials out there, but I could not find a good one that used opened bottle caps.
It took me awhile, but I finally figured out how to make the used bottle caps work.
Now it’s time to glue your magnets to the back of the bottle cap.

15 Frozen theme bottle cap necklaces, Each comes with an 18" ball chain necklace, 1" bottle cap and an epoxy dome over each image which gives each necklace a 3-D image to it.
these necklaces are beautiful, good quality and loved how they were shipped, can’t wait for her party this Saturday, they are for the bags.
The kids really enjoyed getting these in their goodie bags, but over the course of the week my daughter kept telling me about how her friends necklaces were breaking.
I got this today, it comes with necklaces, if you wanted, you could make bracelets, hair bows, yes, they have frozen ribbon on amazon.
The only "drawback" I can see is that the chains for the necklaces are too short to just slip over the head of a child my daughters age (6-7) so they have to be clasped in the back (makes independent on and off difficult).
My daughter is having a Frozen themed birthday party and when we found these she was so excited.
Hi! Thank you for this awesome tutorial 🙂 Can you tell me where I can find the necklaces? I need the ball chain style, like in your photos.
I noticed the CTR charms…so, I wondered if you would be willing to make a small pattern for the new 2013 theme…Stand Ye In Holy Places? I hope I am not presumptuous in asking, but you are so talented and I haven’t the first clue about how to even make a design like this.

Crafting is cheaper than therapy, right? When not crafting, I can be found chasing my 2 small {but very energetic!} boys or playing with my new baby girl.
